"Fantastic experience with all the staff. All were helpful and nothing too much trouble. We were looking for a mobility scooter for my disabled brother, and they had one that he liked which was an ex-demo. I googled the price and found that brand new online was £900 more than the one in the showroom, so we were happy with that. I was impressed with both ladies, who were kind and patient with my brother who has a brain injury. We were also advised about breakdown cover and insurance which we took out. The scooter was delivered by Kayleigh and Ben, who went through everything with me. I was worried about the size of it and whether my brother would be able to manage it and Kayleigh offered to come back to see my brother, which she did. We had visited another shop in Gosport before going to Solent Mobility Centre and were put off by the pressure and refusal to tell us a price unless we were ready to purchase there and then so were very pleased to find such open and friendly service here."
