Launched in 2008, Solent Mobility is considered to have the largest mobility showroom on the South Coast, offering a vast selection of mobility aids from stairlifts, beds and furniture to mobility scooters and standard/high performance and powered wheelchairs through to daily living aids.  Providing excellent customer service and an unrivalled after care maintenance service.

Together with our parent company Shepherd Hospital Equipment we have united under the same umbrella, sharing company ethics and working practices that concentrate strongly on customer service and following tried and tested procedures laid down for both sides of the business.

With our own code of conduct – the ‘Golden Rules’ – set out in our code of practice for our team, we ensure our employees work as a team respecting each other and of course Customers/Clients.

To promote the reputation of Solent Mobility Centre in the local area the centre became a member of ‘Check-a-trade‘, the only company in its field to do so, it currently has a 9.1/10 rating and has received a certificate for its first 100 testimonials left on the Check-a-Trade site.

Ben and Jamie are firm believers that hard work and drive will get you to where you want to be and customer service and satisfaction is key to the success of the business.  Celebrating 10 years in business, June this year, they are looking forward to growing both businesses with their sons and keeping the focus on quality of service, in particular the ‘customer service’ for both the High Street offering and the Hospital Trusts.

The management team know having a great team of staff to support and deliver an excellent service is vital.  Getting it right and building a good reputation will gain repeat business and new business will be drive through recommendations.
