Our Membership

At Solent Mobility Centre, we strive to ensure each and every one of our customers feels safe and well looked after.

With this in mind, we offer membership packages to provide unwavering dependability on your mobility aids.

Includes exclusive benefits designed to give you peace of mind when equipment breaks down and reassurance when you need it most.

Available in Standard and Premium membership packages, the latter of which includes a yearly service on one piece of equipment.

24-hour Emergency Phone Line

No matter the hour you will always have a direct line to one of our engineers for emergency repair assistance.

Emergency Breakdown Call-Outs

Between the hours of 6am – 10pm, you will have exclusive access to our out-of-hours emergency breakdown call-outs. We will come to you and repair your product.

First Three Call-Outs Free

Your first three repair call-outs in the year will be free of charge; this includes out-of-hours emergency visits.

First 30 Minutes of Labour Free

You will not incur labour costs for the first half an hour of any repair call-out.

Loan Equipment

If your equipment is required to stay with us for an extended time for repair, we will offer you a loan product (subject to availability) matching as close as we can free of charge.

24-hour Emergency Phone Line

Free Yearly Service of One Product

Through our Premium Membership, you are entitled to a free yearly service on a single product (subject to terms and conditions; contact us for more details. Up to two more products can be included for service at a discounted charge of £30 each). 

Premium Membership – £14.99 per month

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership Period & Cancelling

– Any membership taken out will be for a minimum of six months.

– After six months it will become a one month rolling contract, which can be cancelled at any time.

– If contract is cancelled before six months then all call-outs undertaken as part of the membership will be charged at a rate of £50.00 per call-out and an invoice will be sent out for the full amount owed.

– If the Premium (£14.99 p/m) membership option is purchased and either the free or discounted services are completed in the first six months and you wish to cancel the contract, then the service on all products will be charged at the standard rate.

Labour & Parts

– All labour will be charged after the first thirty minutes of the call-out at £40.00 per hour (reduced from £50 p/h standard rate), charged per fifteen minutes.

– Any parts needed for repair are not included in membership and will be charged full price.

Premium Membership

– Only the Premium membership option covers one service on one product per year.

– Subject to what we’re able to service; contact us for more details.

– Up to two extra products requiring service can be added to the Premium option to be charged at the discounted service price of £30.00 per product.

– If you spend over £10,000.00 after the membership is taken out with Solent Mobility Centre you will become a ‘Lifetime Member’ of the Premium option for free.

VAT

– VAT is included in the membership price and is not affected by disability VAT exemption due service and labour legislation.

– Parts used during repair are subject to standard exemption where applicable.

 24 Hour Emergency Phone Line is NOT for Call-Outs. Call-Outs are available between 6am and 10pm ONLY.
