## **Aerolight High Rise Ramp Kit FAQs before you enquire**
Clear answers to the questions customers usually ask before booking a free home demo.
How do I know which size I need?
Ramp length depends on the height you need to climb and who will be using it. As a rough guide, allow about 30cm (1ft) of ramp for every 2.5cm (1in) of rise for assisted use, and more for self-propelling. Call us on 02392 009999 and we'll measure up and recommend the right ramp for free.
Am I eligible for VAT relief on this ramp?
If you have a disability or a long-term illness, you may qualify for VAT relief on this product. The price shown is the VAT-exempt price; you simply complete a short eligibility declaration when you order.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. Our own engineers can survey, deliver and install ramps across Hampshire and the surrounding counties. Call 02392 009999 to book a free assessment.
