Product advice
The Molift Air 350 is one of the most significant engineering achievements in the Etac range: a 350kg Safe Working Load ceiling hoist in exactly the same compact 360×190×195mm unit, weighing just 8.6kg, as the Air 200. The capacity-to-size ratio is outstanding — you get a high-capacity bariatric hoist without the bulk or weight penalty normally associated with heavier-duty equipment.
The SWL is adjustable between 160 and 350kg, and the Air 350 is floor-lift capable with an increased strap length, alongside the same quiet soft-start/soft-stop operation, quick-release trolley and 3-metre standard strap as the rest of the Air range. The service indicator triggers after 5,000 lifts at maximum SWL.
An occupational therapist assessment is required before selecting a ceiling hoist, to ensure the correct SWL, sling type and rail layout for the individual user. A site survey is also required before installation. All Molift ceiling hoists are lifting equipment under LOLER 1998. In workplace and care home settings, a formal examination by a competent person is required at least every 6 months. In domestic settings, a 12-monthly examination is the minimum. Only Etac-approved engineers should install the Molift Rail System, and the hoist must be serviced by authorised personnel after every 5,000 lifts at Safe Working Load.

No, this is a key point — the Air 350 has identical dimensions (360×190×195mm) and weight (8.6kg) to the Air 200, despite offering a 350kg SWL. The capacity-to-size ratio is an outstanding engineering achievement.
The SWL is adjustable between 160 and 350kg.
Yes, the Air 350 is floor-lift capable with an increased strap length.
Yes. An occupational therapist assessment is required to ensure the correct hoist specification, sling type and rail layout for the individual user. A site survey is also needed before installation.
All Molift ceiling hoist systems are priced on application, as the total cost depends on room layout, rail length, fixings and installation requirements. Please contact us to arrange a site survey and quotation.
