A 3-metre lifting strap comes as standard, so the Air 500 can lift from the floor, and the Molift 4-point sling bar gives the user more headroom. Smooth rail transitions and gentle starts and stops make transfers feel secure. It's engineered for durability and low lifetime service costs.

Before choosing a ceiling hoist, an occupational therapist or moving and handling assessment will confirm the right safe working load, sling and sling bar for the person being hoisted. We then carry out a site survey to plan the rail layout and check the ceiling or walls can take the load. Installation is carried out by trained engineers.
Ceiling hoists are lifting equipment. We recommend a thorough examination every six months, in line with LOLER (the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998), plus any servicing Etac recommends. Every Molift hoist comes with the Molift Service Tool software, and a service indicator shows when a service is due.
