Lateral turning between 0° and 30° moves the user into a side-lying position.
### **Easier on carers**
Less manual turning can help reduce strain on carers' backs, necks and shoulders.
### **Fits under the mattress**
Sits beneath any removable mattress on a care bed and installs in minutes, with a bariatric version for users up to 400kg.

**Product advice **
## **Is Opera AutoTurn Lateral Turning System right for you? **
An automatic turning system that sits under the mattress and gently tilts the user up to 30° every 30, 60 or 90 minutes, reducing the need for manual turns.
The AutoTurn is designed for people at very high risk of pressure sores who need regular repositioning, and for families and carers who currently turn a loved one through the day and night. The standard version supports users up to 185kg and the bariatric version up to 400kg.
By taking over the routine of turning, it can mean fewer disturbed nights for everyone and less physical strain for carers. It goes under the existing mattress on a care bed, so there is no need to change the bed itself.
**Free delivery and set-up.** The price includes delivery to your home and set-up by our own team, who will show you how everything works.
