A good fit for anyone who wants the comfort of an adjustable bed without giving up a bedroom suite they love. It suits people who like to sit up to read or watch TV, anyone who finds lying flat uncomfortable, and couples, as the King and Super King come as dual bases that move independently.
Day to day, the backlit wireless handset makes it easy to find a comfortable position, even with the lights off. Raising the backrest gives you support to sit up without a pile of pillows, and lifting the legs takes the weight off tired legs. Choose the Plus upgrade if you'd like massage, extra neck tilt, an under-bed light and a USB charging port.

Can I fit it inside my existing bed frame?
Yes. The Motion base is designed to be used either on its own or fitted into an existing frame. We can check your frame's measurements with you, so ask us about a free home demonstration.
Is a mattress included?
No, the mattress is chosen separately. Opera makes a range of mattresses designed to flex with adjustable beds, in different firmness levels and materials, and we're happy to help you find the right one.
What is the maximum user weight?
Opera rates the Single at 180kg (28¼st), the Small Double and Double at 220kg (34½st), the King at 160kg per side and the Super King at 180kg per side. These figures assume the weight is spread evenly, and raising the back or leg section can lower the effective limit.
What warranty does it come with?
Opera covers the Motion base with a 10-year frame warranty, 3 years on parts and 1 year on labour. Extended service plans are available too, so just ask.
