The Signature Comfort Plus Dual lets couples keep sharing a bed when one or both partners need the support of side rails and a profiling bed. Its upholstered design feels like a quality double bed, with each platform supporting up to 170kg.
Each partner can sit up or raise their legs to suit themselves, and the split rails can be set to give protection where it's needed while still allowing easy access. On the Super King Split, each side can also be raised and lowered on its own.

Can each side be raised and lowered separately?
Each side's backrest and leg rest adjust independently. On the 5ft and 6ft Dual the whole bed raises and lowers together; on the Super King Split each side raises and lowers on its own.
How do the side rails work?
There are tri-split wooden rails on each side, with head and foot sections that raise and lower independently and can be operated from inside or outside the bed.
Which mattresses can be used?
Mattresses are chosen separately. With the rails, they should be no deeper than 152mm (6 inches); Opera lists profiling mattresses such as the Serene Profiling, Ultimate Profiling and Flo Air for use with rails.
