We accept manual and powered wheelchairs and powerchairs that are in safe working order, with functioning controls and batteries. All items are inspected before acceptance.

Does my powerchair need to be in perfect condition?

Powerchairs must meet safety and functional standards. Minor wear or cosmetic marks are acceptable, but items must be safe and operational.

How much will I receive for my powerchair?

You will receive up to forty percent of the final sale price, minus any essential costs required to prepare the powerchair for resale.

How long will it take to sell?

There is no guaranteed timeframe. Well-maintained powerchairs generally sell faster, but it depends on demand, condition, and seasonality.

Can the sale price be reduced?

If necessary to complete a sale, we may adjust the price. Where possible, we contact you first. If you are unavailable, we may proceed with the reduction to complete the sale.
