My wife's father had just died and we went in to ask about whether they would buy back his brand new mobility scooter that he'd bought shortly before his death from them. However, we'd been thinking about getting new sofas to replace our existing ones for quite some time. Everywhere these days sells ones that are far too low for us. Although we're not past it by any means, we wanted something that would be comfortable and allow us to get out of them without the need for huffing and puffing and wriggling just to be able to stand up.

Denise dealt with us and she is one of the most friendly salespeople I've met. Never too pushy or overeager, but gave us all the options available at our own pace and not once did she seem like she wanted to get us to buy the sofa and chairs we finally opted for, and get us out the shop as quickly as possible. A real pleasure to buy from.
