Recliner, Riser Recliner or Cloud Zero?
Most Celebrity ranges come in every one of these, plus a matching fixed armchair, sofas and a footstool.
Recliner
Reclines and raises your feet at the push of a lever or button, but doesn't lift you to standing.
Single motor riser recliner
Lifts you gently to standing. The backrest and footrest move together in one smooth movement.
Dual motor riser recliner
The backrest and footrest move separately, so you can raise your legs while sitting upright. Better for posture and swollen legs.
Cloud Zero riser recliner
Three motors, including whole-seat tilt, for a zero gravity position with your legs raised level with your heart. Lifts up to 30 stone.
Fabrics and leather
See every Celebrity fabric colour
Every Celebrity chair and sofa can be made in any Celebrity fabric, Aquaclean, Performance Plus or leather. Browse them all, then see your chosen colour on the chair as you build it.

Celebrity FAQs
Questions About Celebrity Chairs
Are Celebrity chairs made to order?
Yes. Every Celebrity chair and sofa is built in Great Britain to your choice of size, action, fabric and extras. Once you have sent your enquiry we check everything with you, then place the order and confirm your delivery date.
Can I see and feel the fabrics first?
Yes. Within our local area we bring fabric and leather swatches on a free home demonstration. You can also see them in our Lee-on-the-Solent showroom, or we can post swatches to you.
Can I buy a riser recliner VAT free?
If you have a long-term illness or disability and the chair is for your own use, riser recliners can usually be bought VAT free. Riser recliner prices are shown VAT exempt. Sofas, fixed chairs, footstools and standard recliners are shown including VAT. We confirm eligibility with you when we create your order.
What does the 5-year guarantee cover?
Celebrity guarantees the frame, the reclining action and all motors and electrics for 5 years, and other parts for 12 months, from the date of manufacture.
What happens if there is a power cut?
Powered Celebrity chairs have an emergency battery back-up so you can return the chair to sitting. You can also add a rechargeable battery pack so the chair works without a cable.
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes, as long as it is a non-matching fabric with a current fire certificate. Celebrity must approve the fabric before the order is accepted.
Do you cover my area?
Our local area is within 40 miles of our showroom in Lee-on-the-Solent (PO13 9BU). Inside it you get a free home demo with swatches, free delivery and set-up by our own team, and local aftercare. Further away, we look at orders case by case. We do not supply the Isle of Wight.
