How do I know which size I need?
Ramp length depends on the height you need to climb and who will be using it. As a rough guide, allow about 30cm (1ft) of ramp for every 2.5cm (1in) of rise for assisted use, and more for self-propelling. Call us on 02392 009999 and we'll measure up and recommend the right ramp for free.
What handrail colours are available?
Handrails come in Original Graphite as standard, or Graphite with Safety Yellow, Garden Green or Heritage Brown at no extra cost. Just let us know which colour you'd like when you order.
Am I eligible for VAT relief on this ramp?
If you have a disability or a long-term illness, you may qualify for VAT relief on this product. The price shown is the VAT-exempt price; you simply complete a short eligibility declaration when you order.
